The containerised mobile theatre was commissioned by a music events company and the brief was developed through conversations with the WHO. The concept was to seat 5000 spectators in the form of a circular auditorium the design utilised the principle of containerisation for transporting the equipment. The supporting structure was inspired by the circus tents and the project was awarded the Melchet British Steel travelling award.
